The Remediation Business Unit is dedicated to environmental remediation of industrial, commercial, or residential areas that are abandoned or undergoing renovation. Thanks to a specialized team, we are capable of designing and executing all the necessary steps required by current regulations for completing the remediation process: from environmental due diligence to the disposal of contaminating materials, leading to the restoration of the area.

ENVIRONMENTAL DUE DILIGENCE

Environmental due diligence is conducted on lands, areas, buildings, and facilities to identify the costs and environmental risks associated with potential liabilities. Phase 1 involves data collection, while Phase 2 includes investigations for the possible presence of hazardous or polluting substances.
