The Demolition Business Unit (DEMolitions 4.0) deals with all types of demolitions: from building and plant strip-outs, to special and controlled demolitions, including building emptying with facade preservation, decommissioning, and dismantling and disposal of industrial plants.
Since 1999, TOPTAGLIO has carried out hundreds of demolitions in Italy and abroad, including the most complex and challenging ones, always finding the most efficient solutions through careful planning.
Large-scale demolitions
Large-scale demolitions, carried out with heavy machinery, are complex and highly specialized operations aimed at removing large reinforced concrete structures, industrial complexes, multi-storey buildings and existing infrastructure, such as bridges or viaducts.
These activities are often part of urban redevelopment and infrastructure regeneration processes, or regeneration of the built environment, where demolition becomes the initial phase to make room for new transformations.

CUTS AND CORE DRILLING
Cuts and core drillings are fundamental techniques in the construction and renovation industry. For over twenty years, we have dedicated teams using state-of-the-art equipment to perform these tasks.
Strip out
We conduct targeted strip-out interventions, removing and dismantling non-structural elements to prepare the space for reuse.
